  2. To achieve Delivery Performance ≥ 95%
  3. To achieve Outgoing and Incoming (Subcon) LAR ≥ 90%
  4. To achieve Externally Provided Processes, Products and Services Quality & Delivery Performance ≥ 95%
  5. To achieve 5 training programs per year
